Buyer’s Corner v. Northern Kentucky Assn. of Realtors (Northern Kentucky)
This Open MLS case was filed Feb. 20, 2004. The case is not a class action, and seeks damages for only one MLS user. The parties filed summary judgment motions in early May 2005.
